Ron is brand new to Cyber after spending years in IT and and as an electrician he finally made his pivot this year after graduating with his degree in Cyber. Ron shares his story of being a young curious kid in the 90s and how his passion for Cyber started at an early age. We talk about some of the skills new people wanting to joing Cyber are missing, ways people can learn new skills and his experiences and things he has learned over his first few months in his new role.
